Question #1:
Just used flea drops on my dog recently, can I bathe him?
I used the flea drops on him about 2 days ago. The product box didn't specify if I could bathe him or not, it just said it will disseminate itself over his body with help of the dog's natural body oils. Can I bathe him? His fur is starting to look pretty haggard.Thank you EVERYONE for your help!

Did I do the right thing with this Daycare issue?
OK, so my daughter goes to a daycare/preschool and there is a new worker there who has taking a liking to my daughter. Apparently, my daughter reminds her of her deceased sister. Well, one day, maybe a month or so ago, I walk in to pick up my daughter and found my daughter's hair styled differently. The worker explained that she had gotten the tangles out. I didn't think much of it..thought it was a kind enough gesture and thanked her. This happened two more times after that. It progressed into third-person comments directed at my daughter but intended for my ears about how her hair was tangled. I expressed to her that her hair is prone to tangling no matter what I do, that it can be silky curly in the morning and a matted hot mess by the evening. Thankfully, I have found a combination of hair products that tames her hair more than ever but that's not the point. So, yesterday, my husband goes to pick her up and the worker is there again talking in third person about saying, "Aubrey, your hair is very tangly. You need to comb it." My husband says, "My wife combed it this morning and put oil and got the tangles out. She replied, "Well it looks like it hasn't been combed in two days." My husband mentioned this to me this morning on the way into work, and I demanded that he and I both go and speak with the Director about these occurrences. I saw the girl on the way in and she waved at me...I could have spoken to her about it, I suppose. I don't want to get anyone fired. Apparently, according to the Director this was "the icing on the cake" and there have been other similar concerns such as her giving her own packed lunch to the children. So what do you think? Did I do the right thing?
Jenny-EXACTLY! I was fuming at the time lol.
Question #4:
Hair products or tips that promote healthy hair/hair growth?
So lately i have been buying some products for my hair (which is partially african american hair, im mixed with black and white so my hair can be difficult at times) to keep it healthy and promote its growth. I mainly use olive oil and optium care anti-breakage therapy on my hair. whenever i apply any heat to my hair ( which is once a week or every two weeks) i use chi silk infusion as my heat protectant. I maintain a decent diet, i try to get a good amount of protein in every day or every other day for better hair growth and i drink about 2-3 water bottles a day.I have noticed healthy hair and better hair growth since i started taking a lot better care of hair, but i would just like to know what products if any, could make my hair/scalp healthier for better hair growth, thanks a bunch =)
also, i know these questions have been asked a lot but i can never seem to find the answer im looking for or one that works for me lol

The Work in Process inventory account of a manufacturing company shows a balance of $2,400 at the end of an accounting period. The job cost sheets of the two uncompleted jobs show charges of $400 and $200 for direct materials, and charges of $300 and $500 for direct labor. C. the amount of overhead cost charged to jobs is greater than the estimated cost for the period.

Question #8:
Are We Really Switching Over To Renewable Energy Or Are We Remaining Dependant On Fossil Fuels?
British Petroleum have a multibillion dollar head ache and a definite "downsizing" as they sell off billion dollar Oil assets to pay Gulf claims after the Gulf Of Mexico Oil spill , then also last week what happens, we hear of another Gulf Oil Platform "explosion" or blowing out, then almost simultaneously, we hear that Brazils "mega" Oil company "PetroBraz" are raising $64 Billion dollars for "Oil Exploration" so just what is really going on I ask myself. All of this after being told for the best part of a year that we need to become less dependant on "Fossil Fuels" and more "renewable energy" conscious, we need to have more electric and gas powered cars, trucks and bikes and save the Planet from destruction. All of this is strange to me, we still seem to need lots of oil based products.
Question #9:
Is it better to use an oil based stain for a deck or water based?
I have lived in this house since '98. The deck is 20 yrs old. I have used an oil based, semi-transparent stain on the deck every 2 or 3 years, the deck is still in good shape. Should I continue with oil based, semi-transparent or change to water based? These days, which is the best product to use?Question #10:
Product for Extremely Painful Chapped Lips?
For the past few days, I've been experiencing extremely dry, painful, chapped lips for some reason - I have not changed my diet or routine.I need some immediate relief - not a long term prevention such as increasing water intake, eating more omega threes, etc.
I've tried home remedies such as tea bags, cucumber, ice, honey, olive oil, and also many kinds of chap stick and lip glosses.
Does anyone know of a product I can buy at the drug store that will heal this quickly? Please be specific about brand and type.
Thanks!
Also, products containing Vaseline, petroleum, and mineral oils are not effective... these things are unhealthy.
Question #11:
Can I be healthy eating only vegetables, fruit, and meat/eggs?
I'm a 15 year old girl, and was wondering if I can still be healthy by eating a diet consisting solely of a variety of steamed (usually, or cooked) vegetables (including kale & spinach), fresh fruit, and either cooked meat (different type of meat each day, including lean meats) or 1 large egg daily. I will cook with shea butter (from a nut, it is similar in composition to olive oil). Spices & herbs are acceptable seasonings. No salt or refined sugar.Should I include nuts? If so, what kind & what serving size (how many)?
(Currently, I'm consuming pecans, not many, about 7 or so daily, since they're shelled & I have to crack them open)
Thank you very much in advanced.
**Reason: I'm want to avoid most processed food, including dairy products, grains, seeds, and legumes. I'm very interested in following the paleolithic diet.
Question #12:
how often to wash hair?
how often should i wash my hair? i have thin hair thats normal (not oily or dry) because i put oils and leave-in deep conditioning stuff a lot...i have been washing my hair every day for as long as i can remember but i have been thinking that i shouldn't since it's unhealthy. it's usually pretty dry if i don't put anything in it after i shower. some people say to wash hair like, once a week but i think thats pretty gross..plus, wouldn't your hair smell after a few days? what are some products to keep it smelling fresh and clean even when you don't wash it? and should i just ignore what everyone says about how bad it is to wash hair daily if i have pe everyday? whats a good shampoo and conditioner to use for my hair type (fine and dry) thanks for answering!! :)Question #13:
what face cleanser is recommended for me?
Hello! I have had really bad acne when I was younger, but only as a sign of puberty. So now as I'm older, I pay close attention to my face and noticed small holes ALL over my face. I have used St. Ives face scrubs and have used Stridex pads, but I could never find the BEST solutions to get that smooth looking skin, to both appearance and touch. I have random pimples now and then, I sweat a lot and I tend to have a TON of oil on my face by the end of the day. What is recommended? I don't think that by the cost of a product means that it'll work best. There's got to be a solution to this. Maybe a routine of how to wash/apply. Thanks! :DQuestion #14:

I apply almay clear complexion concealer under my eyes but its too cakey looking. What could I use for under my eyes? Any suggestions for foundation, concealer, powder moisturiser would help. Anything that you recommend and why! Thanks. =]These products I have already tried:
Maybelline dream matte mousse (caused me to break out)
Maybelline instant age rewind (too watery)
Loreal true match powder
Bare Minerals (made me break out and was too light and powdery)

Hair on the verge of feeling like straw?
I use to dye my hair about 2-3 times a year. Now I do it about 4-5 times a year (I like auburn and it fades really fast lol). I always use box dye because I don't have a lot of money. My hair was always just fine with being dyed, it wouldn't get too wrecked but after the last two times I have noticed a huge difference in how soft my hair feels. It's not feeling all silky like it use to.. not quite at straw yet but I want to prevent it from getting there. Also I use a hair dryer and a CHI straightener a few times a week (Not after every shower, only some). What are some products I can use on my hair that aren't really expensive (Preferably under $15) to make it go back to feeling nice? Would a hot oil treatment help? Could this have happened from using the $5 box dye instead of the $12 box dye?
I tried using a deep conditioner but it seemed to actually make my hair worse, dunno how that's possible. I can't use moisturing shampoo because it makes it look like I never showered in the first place. Gross haha.
